Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

Thank you for purchasing tickets to DEVASTAT! 2026.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Event Cancellation

If DEVASTAT! 2026 is cancelled in its entirety by the organizer and is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket's face value.

Service fees, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date(s).

If ticket holders are unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the organizer's announced policy.

4. Partial Program Changes

The festival lineup, timetable, artists, activities, venue layout, or other aspects of the event may change without prior notice.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Weather Conditions

DEVASTAT! 2026 is an outdoor event and will take place regardless of weather conditions unless the organizer determines that continuing the event would present a significant safety risk.

Weather conditions do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

6. Lost or Unused Tickets

Lost, unused, forgotten, or partially used tickets are not eligible for refunds.

7. Ticket Transfers

Unless prohibited by the ticketing platform, tickets may be transferred to another person by the ticket holder. The organizer is not responsible for transactions between private individuals.

8. Refused Entry

No refund will be provided if entry is refused due to:

  • violation of the festival rules;

  • possession of prohibited items;

  • intoxication or inappropriate behavior;

  • failure to present a valid ticket or required identification.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback may result in the ticket being cancelled pending investigation.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under Romanian law or other applicable legislation.
