Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for DEVASTAT! 2026 ("the Festival"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

• the information provided during checkout is accurate;

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• you have read and accepted these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy.

2. Ticket Validity

A valid ticket grants admission only to the ticket type purchased.

Available ticket categories include:

• General Admission (GA) – 3 Days;

• VIP – 3 Days;

• One Day Ticket (valid only for the selected festival date).

Each ticket may be scanned only once for entry.

3. Admission

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

• violates festival rules;

• behaves in a violent, dangerous, or disruptive manner;

• possesses prohibited items;

• is under the influence of illegal substances or excessively intoxicated;

• presents an invalid or fraudulent ticket.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Festival Rules

All attendees must comply with:

• instructions from security personnel and festival staff;

• safety regulations;

• applicable Romanian laws.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Festival.

5. Program Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• modify the lineup;

• change performance schedules;

• adjust opening hours;

• alter stage locations or festival layout;

• replace artists when necessary.

These changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the Festival is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer will communicate the applicable procedures regarding ticket validity and any available refunds.

7. Photography and Recording

By entering the Festival, attendees acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be captured.

The Organizer may use this material for promotional, marketing, documentary, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

8. Personal Property

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

9. Health and Safety

Attendees participate at their own risk.

The Organizer is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from:

• failure to follow safety instructions;

• reckless behavior;

• actions of other attendees;

• circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

10. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other force majeure events.

11. Intellectual Property

All Festival names, logos, branding, graphics, and promotional materials are the property of the Organizer and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

By purchasing a ticket and attending DEVASTAT! 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Dacă festivalul este organizat de un SRL, este recomandat să înlocuiești „Organizer” cu denumirea completă a societății (ex. TRWIK EVENTS SRL, CUI, sediu social și e-mail de contact), astfel încât documentul să fie complet din punct de vedere juridic.
